We will guide you through the fortified monumental complex of Masseria Spina. You’ll be able to taste the typical Apulian flavors and to know everything about the traditions of the local rural civilization.

Book one of these three*:

• Olive oil tasting (2 hours): you will taste the typical extra virgin olive oil of Apulia and you will learn to recognize its flavors, colors and aromas.
• Tasting of local products (40 minutes): you will taste the Apulian extra virgin oil with a premium selection of local wines, cheese, homemade bread, “taralli”, “focaccia” and other typical local products.
• Pasta workshop (2 and a half hours): have you ever experience the making of typical Apulian homemade pasta? Come and see for yourselves!

Masseria del Crocifisso is one of the most beautiful typical farmhouses of Polignano’s area. It has been renovated recently to welcome its guests in a lovely and peaceful place. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a gastronomic journey made of the divine Apulian flavors.
